RingWatch is built for ATA Taekwondo tournaments, on iPhone and Android. If you're competing in or watching an ATA event, RingWatch is designed for you.

Yes. Watching a ring is always free, with no limit on how many you follow. The free tier is designed so a parent with one child competing can score a ring through an entire tournament day without ever being asked to pay. It does have some limits: you can score 1 ring at a time, keep 1 athlete on your roster, browse only the current tournament (past tournaments are hidden unless you scored in them), and the athlete profile's History, Season, Badges, and Progress tabs are locked. Premium removes those limits and adds private notes while scoring.

You can use RingWatch as a Guest without an account, and your data stays on your device. Live Ring Updates, where scores sync across phones in real time, need a connection. Tournament venues with poor cell service may slow down live sync.

RingWatch isn't connected to the ATA's official scoring. Scores are entered by people at the ring, usually parents or instructors, as the judges show them. Everyone who joins the ring sees them live. A ring holds up to 100 people, up to 20 of them scoring. If two scorers enter different numbers, RingWatch flags it so they can settle it.

Ask someone in that ring to show you its QR code, or tell you its join code. Scan the code or type it in the app, then choose whether to help track scores or just watch. Watching is free, and there's no limit on how many rings you can follow.

A Guest uses the app without signing in, and your data stays on your device only. A Free Account is still free, but it saves your data to the cloud, syncs across devices, and lets you start and join shared rings, where scores entered by anyone in the ring appear on your screen right away.

Usually, yes. Premium lets you score more than one ring at a time, keep every student on your roster, and see each athlete's History, Season, Badges, and Progress across the season. Sharing a ring with other scorers is free for everyone, so parents in each ring can enter scores while you follow along.

There is no free trial, and the free tier gives you a complete tournament day at no cost. Premium is $2.99/mo or $24.99/yr.

You can delete your account yourself in the app: open Settings and choose to delete your account. This removes your account and your data. You can also email us at ringwatchapp@gmail.com and we'll do it for you.
